This class will provide a comprehensive introduction to Pilates for a beginner
student. By the end of the 6 weeks, each student should be familiar with the
names and movements of the classic mat sequence and should feel stronger and more flexible. This course is a 6-week commitment and requires pre-registration and payment for the entire 6 week course.
