Brenna Ortner is the creator of Healthy Little Bit, a blog that motivates, educates & inspires women to live healthy, energetic & fulfilling lives. She left the financial industry 3 years ago to study health and wellness and is now a Board Certified Holistic Health Coach by the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (AADP). Brenna believes in coaching clients based on bio-individuality, no deprivation, and that every little healthy bit counts.

Education

Graduated from Loyola University Magnum Cum Laude Brenna then went on to study Nutrition and Holistic Health at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and is currently a part of Dr. Sara Gottfried's Mastermind group specializing in female hormonal health and helping to curate Dr.Gottfried's certification program.

Experience and Distinctions

Brenna is not only a Board Certified Health Coach who specializes in hormonal balancing but she also practices EFT (tapping) with her clients to get to the root emotional cause of issues. Brenna specializes in guiding women who are struggling with hormonal imbalances; ranging from inability to lose weight, sugar addiction, fatigue, mood swings, low libido, PMS and infertility.
