Sasha Gray is a Wellness Coach, Raw Food Chef, Permaculture Consultant, Thai Masseuse and Yogi incorporating the Living Food Lifestyle. She is also the Co-Founder of BALANCED WELLNESS RETREATS. Having dealt with the paralyzing effects of anxiety for nearly a decade, I decided that a serious amount of time, energy and research had to go into finding out EVERYTHING I could do to stop this horrible condition.
