REIKI LEVEL 1 CERTIFIED COURSE

The First Degree Reiki is focused on physical healing and is primary self healing based.
In Level 1 you will explore and gain the knowledge of: the history of Reiki - traditional and contemporary story, the energy system and the nature of Reiki energy, the Reiki Code of Ethics, the five principles, the physical aspects of the chakras, how to feel your chakras, how to clear space, how to create a safe container to work in, the standard Reiki hand positions, and how to make the most out of the Reiki energy to provide a treatment for yourself through practical application.

REIKI LEVEL 2 CERTIFIED COURSE
Prerequisite: Reiki Level 1.
The focus of Second Degree Reiki is on mental and emotional healing and 'distant' or remote healing.
In this course you will Learn two more Reiki symbols, how to Conduct treatments on yourself and others safely (including preparing their space and energy), you will learn how to send a remote healing to someone as well as the importance of distance sessions (this includes time lines and past lives, and physical distance), you will learn about the 7 chakras mental and emotional connection, and how Reiki can help clear unwanted habits, empower personal goals and can really assist you in your personal journey.

Why Study Reiki?
Clinical Studies have documented the effect of Reiki on measures of stress hormones, blood pressure, heart rate, and immune responsivity, and on subjective reports of anxiety, pain and depression; data from these studies support the ability of Reiki to reduce anxiety, stress and pain, and suggest its usefulness to induce relaxation, improve fatigue and depressive symptoms, and strengthen overall wellbeing, including wound healing. Additionally, Reiki is being utilized as a self-care strategy among healthcare professionals, with the potential for decreasing burnout and increasing job satisfaction.
