Master's degree (M.S.) in Kinesiology completed May, 2012. Master's thesis on the health and fitness benefits of an 8 week yoga practice.

Experience and Distinctions

. I have been teaching yoga for 12 years and have been leading 200-hour yoga teacher trainings since 2018. I am the creator and facilitator of the Art and Science of Yoga Instructional Workshop Series. Additionally, I am the sole proprietor of Prema Yoga and Prema Yoga Evolution, yoga studios which I opened in 2014 and 2017 respectively.
