I came back to yoga when I was 70 pounds overweight and struggling with life-long chronic depression. My journey through all of that led me to re-discover my passion and fascination with how movement reconnects us and empowers us.

This is what inspired me to develop Blended Yoga.

I teach Blended Yoga classes, workshops and retreats in the Metro-Philly area, and online.
