Join me for this 1 hour class to learn a routine for managing your stress. We start with Qigong warm up stretching/breathing exercises, then move to 5 basic Tai Chi movements. We wrap up the class with a meditation and some other stress less techniques!

Join us as we destress and relax the body for healing! This is a simple, modified Tai Chi class for relaxation. No experience necessary, no special equipment, all fitness levels! Can even be done sitting!

Tai Chi Easy is a complete stress management program. The practice opens up the body through stretching, involves deep breathing, visualizations of a healthy body, mentally and physically letting go of anything negative and being present in the hear and now. We start with warmup Qigong exercises, do 5 basic Tai Chi movements and end with meditation and self hand and foot massage.
