We’ve been THERE! Frustrated with another diet that didn’t work…been there. Disappointed in yourself that you quit another exercise program…been there too. And, most importantly, we’ve accepted the fact that we will never be perfect. We’ve developed this introductory workshop to help you learn more about how YOU can find your “secret combination”. Because that’s the real secret, it’s different for everyone, but the fundamentals are the SAME. During this class we are not going to give you the answers…we’re going to give you the formula so you can find YOUR answers. There’s a reason why so many of the self-help books didn’t help you, the diet plans didn’t work for you, the exercise program didn’t fit your life. It’s because they weren’t designed for you. They were designed for the masses. And, your life and vision for your life is unique…your plan needs to fit YOU. We’re going to share with you what we call the CoolLime 5…the five essential behaviors we each need to focus on to reach our best health, the actions we’ve chosen for these behaviors and tips and tactics to help you choose what will work in your life. It’s all about deciding what you WANT and finding what works for YOU!
