She has over 35 years in healthcare including acute care and rehabilitation, clinical management, Human Resources, leadership development, and performance improvement. She holds a Masters in Organizational Management plus certificates as a trainer, workshop facilitator, and is a certified compassion fatigue specialist. Lisa is a member of the International Coach Federation and the Society for Human Resources Management.
