We all have an inner voice of insight and wisdom deep within us - but usually we're out of touch with this guiding voice and creative power - we're so busy thinking that we never stop to listen. In this class John introduces his unique WizeWell Focus Phrase Process that directly and often impressively wakes up the creative muse and brings deep insights flowing to the surface. This class summarizes the first 12 Focus Phrases of the WizeWell Process. John will spend a few minutes with each Focus Phrase, so that you learn it by heart, and also have time to be quiet and look inward in the direction the Focus Phrase aims your attention. You can return and watch this Focus Phrase class over and over, and go deeper every time. NOTE: the accompanying video moves through all 24 Focus Phrases, so you have a full overview of the WizeWell adt-work program. The second 12 Focus Phrases deal with interpersonal at-work relating, and creativity-manifestation-success guidance and support. For more information and programs, please visit: www.breatherbreak.com

I am really into breath. I am really into intention. Harnessing the power of the human mind through breath is the ultimate tool for health, healing, and happiness. I lead volunteer yoga classes outdoors in San Francisco, CA at Hayes Valley Farm. I have been doing so for the past year. I also throw conscious (alcohol free) yoga and blindfolded dance parties in SF. As an eLearning entrepreneur and enthusiast, I believe eLearning to be a fantastic tool for personal sustainability. eLearning reduces the carbon footprint of travel, increasing potential for physical activity in our busy lives, and opens up opportunities to learn from instructors and concepts all over the world. Join me as we move into the next learning paradigm and connect the world with knowledge and health.
I've been interested in writing and being healthy for a long time. I've written, ghost written and edited a boatload of mass market non-fiction books. After I was diagnosed with cancer in 2006, my world turned upside down; but after my 3rd diagnosis, I decided to go on a journey of healing from the inside out. As part of that quest, I wrote a book, Embrace, Release, Heal: An Empowering Guide to Talking About, Thinking About and Treating Cancer. It's full of hopeful interviews from people with little hope who turned their lives around after conventional treatment failed them. It also features doctors and authors who are looking for new ways to treat cancer, as well as how the mind and body work in unison. I get emails from people everyday who have found new hope and power through the book. It's my intention that everyone who reads it will find new, more joyful and compassionate ways to live.
