Lose Your Fooditude: 2 weeks to love your food and your body Fooditude (v): attitude you have towards food. Do you have a good or bad fooditutde? How you feel about food reflects how you feel about others areas of life. This could carry over to your food choices, feeling like no matter what you eat, you are never satisfied.
