Ways to imprtove your memory
Learn how to fall properly and safely. Weather you're being attacked, pushed, or are just clumsy - We all fall sometimes, and falling improperly can get you hurt! This technique will teach you how to protect yourself from injuries while falling such as broken arms, wrists, elbows, tailbones, or head injuries, and to be in a good position for defending an attacker once on the ground. Other videos for ground defense to follow such as: getting up properly, defending while being punched, grabbed, and other attacks.
Science has discovered within the past two decades that the neuropathways in our brains are pliable... this is called neuroplasticity. This means we can selectively rewire our brains which then changes our behaviors. This is not done by taking a pill or reading a book. It takes introspection along with the key requirement - the desire for change. These are large and sometimes confusing words, so let's de-mystify all this brain talk and really understand what's going on. For example, you've likely heard of your "fight/flight/freeze" instincts. That instinct comes from the part of the brain we will focus on in this class. (Q&A session included.) Grow your emotional maturity and reach those lofty goals. Knowing how certain parts of your brain are designed and their underlying responsibilities will empower you to partner with your brain to become your most effective You!
