Sifu Pasquale is co-owner and Head Instructor of the United Martial Arts Center for Health & Well Being. She is a 3rd degree Black Belt and is registered with The United Stated Martial Arts Association (USMA). Her Martial Arts training began 20 years ago and she has studied the Chen style of Tai Chi with Master Chen Zen Li of China, the Tai Chi sword and Ribbon Form with Master Bow Sim Mark of Boston and Filipino stick fighting with Guru Michael Williams. She has also traveled to China with Master Ai Ping Chen of Connecticut

Fabio is perhaps best known in America for appearing on season 5 of Bravos reality series Top Chef and earning a place among the final four contestants. Before he was eliminated from the competition, he was named Fan Favorite. Fabio returned to Bravo in 2010 to compete in their Top Chef All Stars edition.
