Is that it? It's a new year - but is it really a new you? You made your New Years' resolutions and now your life is everything you wanted it to be...Really? If only it was that easy. Let's move BEYOND our need to "make resolutions" in our life that will make us happy. Instead, we need to find our happiness in THIS moment. But HOW? Our happiness is a direct result of the choices we make in any given moment. Ok, that sounds obvious I can hear you say...but wait, I'm still not happy? Remember, we only control WHO we choose to be and the ACTIONS we take - there is nothing else that we can control. Our happiness is a direct result of who we choose to be...and in this seminar we are going to dive into the basis for how we define ourselves - which is the root of defining happiness. We are all here for a unique purpose, and it is our responsibility to discover what that purpose is, and to live it in every waking moment. This physical existence by its very nature involves pain as we are challenged with illness, conflict, and eventually death - but these challenges NEED NOT DEFINE US. Through challenge and pain we have the opportunity to learn and to grow, to step into the fullness of ourselves, and to obtain true happiness and fulfillment. We all know that it takes more than one time per year to make the resolutions that will bring us happiness. In this workshop, we will dive in to the resolutions we make, and how to attain the happiness we desire regardless of the challenges we face. Happiness is attainable, and available...right now. Looking forward to having you join me...
There are many levels to healing the human body. First, we have the physical body; this can be healed through food, diet and lifestyle behaviors (exercise). But, illness and discomfort may always return unless we go a bit deeper and get to the emotional and spiritual body as well. Learn how to support all facets of your human existence - from the external body to the internal body to the ethereal body.
We are all endowed with amazing capabilities that lie dormant within each of us. Just like an acorn, every acorn could become an oak tree, yet not every acorn will because the conditions to become an oak tree are not present or they are not sustained over time. In order to be the powerful, authentic person we are meant to be there are things we must understand and action we must take. In this hour we will explore: - What do you want and why? - What's standing in you way. - Ways to create greater life-balance integration

After growing up on a cattle ranch in California, I went to Princeton for a complete change - and became engrossed in my life study of consciousness - what does it mean to be aware, and how can we manage our own minds to our best advantage? At 66, I'm still busy researching and teaching what I've found to be true about the best ways to run our inner focus of attention. Currently my work centers upon the place where people need the most help - at work. Working with Greg Voisen and WizeWell, I'm delivering a new approach to mind management via short guided Breather Breaks that employees are granted 3-4 times a day, in order to quickly shift out of stress mode into a more relaxed, ceative, productive and enjoyable quality of consciousness. After many years of traveling around the world to deliver corporate and community seminars in person, I'm very pleased that technology has finally reached the point where we can participate in these live interactive online seminars. This is a remarkable expansion of human communication, and I look forward to meeting you in this non-local community, and sharing our understandings of how to maximize our lives each new moment.
