I am a healing arts facilitator who is committed to guiding spiritual seekers in their journey to increase inner wisdom through the eyes of intuition, access latent healing abilities and transform with courage through the wisdom of the heart to to expand self-awareness, increase self-love and decrease stress while emphasizing curiosity, creativity and wonder to live with greater presence, joy and gratitude. With sixteen years of experience working with clients with similar worries and concerns, my mission and commitment is to teach you practices that will support you in your journey to awaken your heart, expand your awareness and remember your true nature. My path to become a healer became clear at an early age. I began doing massage at the age of ten and took my first healing class in reflexology at the age of 13. Intrigued by the esoteric from early on, I have immersed myself in metaphysical study and practice which led me to study meditation and mantra yoga under the spiritual lineage of Sadguru Sant Keshavadas with my personal teacher, Namadeva Achrarya. As an eternal student and seeker, I continue my own journey of personal growth and study. What lights me up about this work is the deep sense of fulfillment and purpose that is realized through the practice of waking up to the mystery and magic of synchronicity and coincidence and seeing the sacred amidst the ordinary. These practices are my path to create wholeness within myself and serve as my touchstone to the Divine and it is my greatest passion to share them with you. It would be my pleasure to guide you to achieve the results you desire or the life you imagine in our healing work together.

She has over a 15 years experience using therapeutic-grade essential oils for greater health and wellbeing and is a distributor for Young Living and is a certified Raindrop Practitioner. Raised by a Polarity Therapist and Sufis, Odessa has been immersed in energy healing modalities, self-empowered health, and spirit-consciousness all her life. These early inspirations have shaped the way she approaches transformation and healing. She believes that our experiences can be our greatest teachers, and that when we empower ourselves to be active participants in our lives, the greatest transformations can take root. As a trained dancer and performer from the modern and contact improvisation lineages, Odessa has a keen sense of how our bodies are key participants in our experiences, memories, and lives as they unfold. Learning to trust our bodies, decipher the language they speak to us every day, and learn from the embodiment of our experiences can be an enlightening pathway to greater healing and transformation. Odessa has lead many embodiment and movement workshops, essential oils classes, and community healing circles at micro festivals, Burning Man, and other events. She is unendingly fascinated by the question of separateness and oneness, and excited by the possibilities that we are all creating in this world as we gain more consciousness. She views healing, quite simply, as the journey of self-empowerment and greater awareness.
A native of San Francisco California USA, I was influenced early on by the creative environment around the Bay Area. This fertile beginning enabled me to grow into what I am now. A spiritual empath, a medium, a teacher. The vital life force of humans, animals, and all that is in the universe is made up of distinctive frequencies, colors, sounds and relationships. My stepping stone to learn about this was Chinese Medicine. But it has gone so much beyond that and now I'd like to help others discover their own path to their own enlightenment. One basic concept in Chinese medical theory, which is what shiatsu and qi gong are also based upon, is to follow nature faithfully. This can mean to live according to nature by eating, dressing and behaving in accordance with the climate around us. It also means living according to ones own true nature. To be your authentic self so your life is harmonious and has true meaning. Good physical and mental health begins from this point. And further, a person in balance with themselves and the world around them creates a ripple effect in those they come in contact with, others are affected in a positive way. This is active compassion which is such an important part of Chinese medical and Buddhist logic that it is considered the main healing factor. The most important thing I experienced in my studies of Chinese medical theory and the hands on approach of shiatsu is that we truly are all connected by the life force that makes us humans on this planet. We feel better from our illnesses and traumatic experiences when we reach out to help others who are suffering. I know this for a fact. I have seen it thousands of times and lived it in my own life. Chinese medicine provided the framework for me to understand this basic concept. There are many frameworks and religions who teach the same thing. The point is I took action, I transformed what I once was, way out of balance, into who I am now, someone who allowed my traumatic experiences to propel me into a compassionate life. I am someone who listens without judgement or criticism to your story because I can understand and relate to your desire to be a survivor and not a victim. Every experience we have gives us tools we need at some point in our lives. I alone am responsible for the interpretation of events in my life. I broke through and so can you.
