This class discuss five steps to transcend conflict and claim your power. These steps provide you another way to work with your emotions so you can claim your true inner power - every day. The energy in your body wants to serve you, wants to heal you and wants to lift you up so you can travel along your highest path. The messages I will relay will come from our collective heart, from our collective higher mind and will hopefully send you to a new level of self. Can't wait to see you!
This class will discuss and explore natural and holistic depression cures that you can apply as a solid strategy to get better.This is not a class to convince you to get off of your medications, but it is a class to offer alternatives especially before chemical solutions is started.

As we progress into January 2013 we are moving closer to a heart centered world. This meditation called the Mind Cleanse Meditation is designed to help you release negativity in your mind and move into the heart.
