Enjoy this slower pace but energizing vinyasa class. We will move to the rhythm of our breaths while we practice a series of poses. This is a level 1-2 class, so it is suitable for beginners.

Ready to take flight with arm balances but not sure how? These 4 class series will give you tools you can use to finally let go of your fear and tackle some of those fabulous arm balances.
