This is a 30-minute class that is suitable for all levels from never having practiced ANY yoga to advanced practitioners. Peggy provides a gentle Amrit Yoga experience that combines Hatha and Raja yoga; external asanas/postures with internal mindfulness of prana/vital life force energy.
