This will give a solid foundation of information from which we'll begin to deeply explore the Buddhist concept and reality of BARDO (in-between state of being) and apply it to what humanity is currently experiencing on Earth - April/May 2020. Practical Bardo practice techniques and tips for the unique circumstances we're experiencing. Maximize your self-isolation by developing new habits that will serve you well into the future. Please consider joining as I spend two sessions on these very specific topics.
During this time of extreme stress, I'm offering a respite for those who wish to focus on how to allow space and make the next right choice. This class will repeat for 4 weeks with various techniques discussed and practiced for immediate use in your life NOW.
