I have been an educator and administrator of an Early Intervention program, attended the intensive year long program at University of NH Leadership in Autism Spectrum Disorder Program, is a board member of Early Intervention and Education Network, and participates in Watch Me Grow for developmental screening and Early Screening and Diagnosis committees at the state level. I am also is an adjunct professor at UNH and Plymouth State University. I am the Ambassador to the Center for Disease Control for the State of NH.

The objectives of the class are to : Build a deep understanding of the types of trauma What is the impact on the brain and body What signs do we look for How do we deal with
This training will focus on presenting information regarding the Center for Disease Control�s Act Early Campaign and NH�s Watch Me Grow system of developmental screening. You will learn how to use the Ages and Stages Questionnaire 3 (ASQ3) and Social Emotional versions and discuss the various ways you can use this developmental screening tool to have meaningful conversations with families about their children. Participants will leave about resources to share with families around developmental and be able to conduct the ASQ 3.
This course will cover: What are the concerns How do you present them to get the message across What do parents think Strategies for guiding the conversation Follow up and support
