People come in all shapes and sizes, but one thing unites us: we all struggle with who we are. I support people during times of change and transition to accept themselves as they are. It is only by accepting ourselves as we are that we can embrace and accept all the curves life throws at us. And when we can do that, we can bring about changes to live the lives we imagine for ourselves.

There is an old saying, "Never give a sword to a person who can't dance". This wisdom speaks directly to minds that are stuck and cannot move rhythmically but are bound to fear, anxiety and neglect. When minds become inflexible, we are disenfranchised from our authentic, intuitive self, causing suffering and pain. With authenticity comes creativity and with creativity, we discover our life. My endeavor is to help individuals who feel stuck, lost and/or confused and have trouble getting on track to that authentic life. I have had the rare opportunity to be trained for over 40 years in both spiritual and life skills taught from cultures around the world and employ various integrative therapies and spiritual practices to bring power and centeredness to your life.
