Jillian is an herbalist, nutritionist, personal trainer and exercise is medicine professional. She received a Master's of Science Degree in Herbal Medicine from the Maryland University of Integrative Health in 2012. That same year she became a certified personal trainer with the American College of Sports Medicine as well. Since then, Jillian has been working towards bringing herbs and movement into the lives of those around her. Dr. Maiysha Clairborne is an integrative family physician, the Associate Clinical Professor for Morehouse School of Medicine and the primary learning center for integrative medicine for the family residency program. The founder of Mind Body Spirit Wellness Inc and DocSupport MD, Dr. Clairborne facilitates clients in achieving and maintaining physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being through her coaching programs. In addition to running a busy practice, Dr. Clairborne delivers workshops and coaching programs for physicians in effective communication, physician well-being, and creative career development for new and established practicing physicians. She also serves as the medical director for four wellness clinics in both Georgia and Florida and is the host of the radio show, the Wellness Blueprint.

Thankfully, I have been blessed to work with some incredible mentors throughout my life that have "shown me the ropes," yet allowed me the freedom & creativity to learn my body & mind and challenged me to do things I'd never done before. From the time I was an athletic trainer in high school, learning about the human body and how it functions, I have been drawn to continue my learning in every facet possible so that I can to be a better health & fitness professional each day. I am profoundly passionate about the gifts and talents I've been blessed with and I also aspire to always be as humble as possible when it comes to learning in my industry, because that is how we grow as fitness professionals. Over the last 5 years, I have come to realize what I love most in life is being in community with others, sharing thoughts, ideas, experiences, and even health "hacks" that may add value to people's lives. I have been gifted with the opportunity to offer support and to meet people's needs the best way I know how; whether it's with knowledge, resources, networking, or products I'm passionate about. It's all about the personal connections and the incredible journey we each traverse. I am beyond grateful for every person I meet who shares their uniqueness with me & every life I'm allowed to be apart of, no matter how big or small. I genuinely believe each of us has greatness within us and and gifts that are our own, and they make us unique, yes, BUT they are nothing if we do not share them with the world and most importantly they can't be shared if we are not caring for the messenger vessel itself- our body. I have been a practicing doctor of chiropractic for over 25 years now. I have been able to help thousands of people reduce their pain and regain their health naturally over those years. Janet pursued a master’s degree in health education and integrative health practices at Vermont College. She is trained in mind/body medicine and positive psychology from the Mind Body Institute and Harvard Medical School. Inspired by the benefits she gained from her personal practice of yoga and meditation, Janet became certified as a yoga and meditation teacher. In 2001, Janet founded Spectrum LifeWorks, a company that provides wellness and stress management seminars for businesses, schools and healthcare organizations. Janet has presented for hundreds of groups and has helped thousands of individuals reduce their levels of stress, improve performance and optimize their health.
