Heather Says is the founder of HoopCubed, providing a body positive approach to hoop dance, yoga, and burlesque instruction, teacher training, and hand made hoops. She is also a HoopYogini Master Trainer. She has been in the hoop since 2010, teaching people all over the United States and the world how to incorporate this children's toy into their lives and learning how to let go and play again. Joining the HoopYogini team in 2015, Heather expanded her offerings to include using the hoop as a meditative and yogic force, bringing peace, relaxation, and reflection.

Private Hoop Dance instruction   ($30)

For $30 you receive a private 1 hour hoop dance class in real time, with Heather Says, Hoopnotica Hoop Dance certified and licensed instructor. Depending on your level of experience, class will include waist hooping, corkscrews, shoulder hooping, chest hooping, isolations, and more.

Join me, Heather Says, HoopYogini Master Trainer, for the HoopYogini Spinal Awakening Series! "This program is designed to tone your core, improve your posture and reduce back pain. Learn about the importance of the spine as the conduit that nourishes all other body systems. Cultivate Centered Pose, your place of inner power, strength and resilience. Integrate each pose into a flowing dance. Establish a healthy habit and the ability to show up for your personal well-being and empowerment." - We will move our spine in all directions, center ourselves and relax the mind, all while using the hoop as a tool for this true hatha yoga practice. We will bring the hoops onto our body, relearning that fun workout we did as kids. You do NOT need ANY hula hoop or yoga experience for this class, but you will need an adult sized hula hoop. Always wanted to learn how to hoop as an adult? Don't have a class near by and you tube tutorials aren't working for you? Scared to go to a class? I completely understand. I'm a self taught hoop dancer and all of those scenarios are a reason why. But no worries! Learn in your very own home, privately and without judgement. In this class, we'll go through the basics of waist hooping, hand hooping, and moving the hoop off and onto your body. In no time you'll be hooked on this fitness technique.
