Sara first discovered yoga in 1999 and felt an immediate connection. However, life has a way of interfering, and her practice remained sporadic until the birth of her third child. One day, she stumbled upon an Ashtanga yoga class, and the rest, they say, was written in the stars. Sara was hooked on the flow, the breath, and the community, and began to develop a regular practice.
