In the year 2000, acclaimed business futurist and consultant Peter Drucker commented that the corporation as we know it would not survive the next 20 years. Specifically, he noted that it would need to fundamentally change structurally and economically. Organizations face an imperative to become agile.

Dr. David Alberts, a chief strategist with the Department of Defense and originator of the concept of the "Agility Imperative" ( PPT : PDF of some of his recent work) will give the keynote on Friday.
