I am really into breath. I am really into intention. I intend to lead a slow and focused hatha yoga class with a consistent, maybe insistent attention to breath. This class will be all-levels appropriate though I like to hold and explore poses and my patience will likely work you. Come ready for a lighthearted, explorative experience.

This prenatal yoga class is for any woman who is at least 14 weeks pregnant, has their doctor’s approval to exercise and is interested in doing yoga.
