Sat Nam! You need Spotify on your computer to be able to play my playlist. You can get a free account. You can control the volume of the music on the Spotify page. You will have three tabs open during the class. Click the "class title" first to get to the playlist and other information. Click the playlist which will open your Spotify page. Leave that open. Go back to the class tab and click view recording to see the class. My suggestion is to where Air Pods or headphones if you have them. A blend of Kundalini yoga, pranayama and meditation with a 45 minute Vinyasa flow. It's so good. It's a combination of all my favorite yoga teachings. It is the perfect well rounded class covering breath work, movement and with that dynamic flow it gets you out of your head and into your body. We end class with mantra meditation that connects you to higher self, leaving you in a state of elevated consciousness. Bring your mat, grab a block and a strap if you have one. This class is for any level even kids 10 and up. Leigh will be live streaming and answering questions at the end. If you cannot tune in live you can watch the recorded version. Take 2 classes for $10! Take a break, release stress and tension within your body! This interactive yoga session will leave you feeling energized with peace of mind and positive inspiration. This is a traditional yoga class incorporating poses such as Warrior 1, 2 and 3, Forward Folds, Chair, Mountain, Upward and Downward Dogs. There will be a combination of holding poses for a few breaths to increase physical and mental strength as well as some flowing movements to energize the body. We will also do some breath work and end with a guided meditation. Classes will be recorded -- I'd love for you to be live, online with me as the classes are interactive -- however, I understand the time may not work for you so that you can do the class at your convenience.
