Yoga For All is exactly what it sounds like. It doesn't matter if you're just starting or a seasoned yogi, it doesn't matter what size you are, your age, this class is about coming as you are, and using what you have. We will be gentle, we will give options. What do you need? A mat, a wall, a couple of yoga blocks (available at any big box store or online), and a blanket. Have questions, concerns? Message me!

Having direct experience of healing from 40 years of addiction, I share my tools to help others mature out of the addiction experience. In this class, you will learn why meditation can be beneficial for your health and for your process of awakening. I will also lead you in a beautiful guided meditation where you will explore going deeper into your spiritual heart connecting with the Divine light and amazing love that you are at the core of your being. Then we will allow that light and love to flow through us to heal friends, family, and the world around us.
