Yoga For All is exactly what it sounds like. It doesn't matter if you're just starting or a seasoned yogi, it doesn't matter what size you are, your age, this class is about coming as you are, and using what you have. We will be gentle, we will give options. What do you need? A mat, a wall, a couple of yoga blocks (available at any big box store or online), and a blanket. Have questions, concerns? Message me!

This class series is designed to reduce stress, increase your range of motion and flexibility. It is for all fitness levels. All classes include breath techniques to increase lung capacity and a guided meditation at the end of each class to relax both the body and the mind. This class is ideal for those beginning to learn yoga as well as those with limited mobility. Tuesday - Restorative/Yin Yoga Friday - Gentle Yoga Restorative/Yin Yoga This class is designed to reduce stress and anxiety while increasing your flexibility. The postures are passive in nature and done on the floor (seated, lying on your back or stomach). Gentle Yoga This class includes gentle yoga poses that help increase flexibility and your range of motion. Poses will be done either sitting in a chair or on a mat, there will also be some standing poses.
In this session Christia will channel Light Beings from the Divine Mother Collective. This includes Quan Yin, Lady Venus Rose (an aspect of Christia’s Higher Soul Multi-Dimensional Selves), Ancient Grandmother Dragon, and others. Breathe, Move & Heal! 10 Classes are included in this series -- $5 Per Class! All classes will be recorded - watch, learn and practice anytime, anywhere! Come join us and learn Qigong! In this 10 class series we will continue to learn and refine movements in Level I and Level II Supreme Science Qigong, the 5-Element Sequence as well as forms from Level I Spring Forest Qigong. We will also be focusing on learning how to bring our attention inward to further feel the different sensations (energy) in our body. Each class includes breath techniques and mild stretches and is excellent for anyone recovering from illness, injury or surgery. It is also an excellent exercise for those looking to obtain optimal health and expanding lung capacity. What is Qigong? It is an ancient Chinese practice that is easy to learn and practice. Some of the benefits of Qigong include reducing stress and anxiety, boosting the immune system, decreasing pain and lowering blood pressure. The practice involves slow movements with long, slow breaths. The breath techniques help to improve lung capacity over time and can reverse respiratory concerns.
