The postures are passive in nature and done on the floor (seated, lying on your back or stomach). Gentle Yoga This class includes gentle yoga poses that help increase flexibility and your range of motion. Poses will be done either sitting in a chair or on a mat, there will also be some standing poses.

This class is excellent for anyone recovering from illness, injury or surgery. It is also an excellent exercise for those looking to obtain optimal health. What is Qigong? It is an ancient Chinese practice that is easy to learn and practice. Some of the benefits of Qigong include reducing stress and anxiety, boosting the immune system, decreasing pain and lowering blood pressure. The practice involves slow movements with long, slow breaths. The breath techniques help to improve lung capacity over time and can reverse respiratory concerns.

This is a free meditation class. Every session is different. These sessions will be ongoing during the required self-isolation period. New or well-seasoned meditators will find an informative session with plenty of time to grasp new skills or stabilize an ongoing practice of meditation. Please join!
This will be a powerful class for strengthening your magnetic field while also working with pranayama to renew your nervous system. The final work in the class will clear the lymph glands in the upper chest and creating balance between the right and left hemispheres of the brain. We will work with the mantra "Hariang" which means "Shiva, Destroyer oof Evil" it is a powerful mantra which brings wealth and intuitive opportunity.
Every three months we gather for a soul cleanse. During guided meditation, we go back over the past months to release mundane and unwanted energy that we may still be holding onto. This helps to lighten the soul; which, in turn, helps us feel lighter. Still holding onto the energy of an argument you had with a friend, co-worker, or family member? Release it! If it doesn't serve you, let it go! Did someone hand you their emotional baggage and you're still carrying it with you? Let it go! It's NOT yours! Once you get the basics down, you can adjust this meditation for a nightly, weekly, or monthly cleanse! There are different types of energy that we may be carrying with us that we're not even consciously aware of. Once we become aware, during class and meditation, we can release it. Much of these energies are simply taking space in our soul when we can release it and make room for much more pleasant things.
