Many Levels to Wellness Wellness happens on many levels; physical, mental, emotional, spiritual. If a person is not well on any of these levels, stress or disease can occur. Julia's training has enabled her to assist her clients on each one of these levels. As a Peace Minister, HeartMath Coach and Trainer, Board Certified Massage Therapist and Wellness educator, she can assess where her client is, and provide unique tools and techniques that are helpful and relevant to what level of wellness needs to be addressed. - Bachelor's of Science in Management- Rutgers, School of Business - Master's in Divinity - Spiritual Peacemaking - HeartMath Trainer of the Resilience Advantage - HeartMath 1:1 Coach - Peace Ambassador - Board Certified Massage Therapist - NJ Licensed Massage Therapist - Reiki Master - Medicinal Aromatherapist - Pastoral Crisis Interventionist - Group Crisis Interventionist One of her hopes is to continue to bring massage and other "alternative" healing into mainstream healthcare and to those who need to experience "good touch;" cancer / hospice patients, wheelchair bound individuals, inner-city youth, homeless, victims of abuse, etc. Clients can be either individuals, groups or businesses seeking to assist their employees with these tools in order to improve relations, reduce burn-out and sick time, and increase productivity. In working with children, she can assist in increasing social and emotional awareness which helps reduce the stress of relationships and test anxiety.
