Daily Hatha Yoga classes during the Symposium January 4th - 29th; 9:00 to 10: 00 am EST We will lovingly create unique and inspiring classes that integrate a variety of Yoga traditions. These will keep the flow of energy and health moving in your body and mind. We are Patty Grant and Kirsten Askins. Patty will guide you on MWF and Kirsten on TThS&Sun. We are passionate about bringing our knowledge of Yoga, including good food for your practice & methods of meditation. Make the commitment to yourself and to us and you will shift not only your physical self but transform on more subtle levels. Practice every day or at minimum three days a week. Classes will be recorded for your benefit, but we would love to see you learning live!
