Of course you've heard about yoga, but all those videos you see on YouTube and Instagram are beyond your range of motion and flexibility. Yoga is not just for the young and uber-flexible, it's for everyone, including people who are stiff, tight, tired, and burnt out. Learn some basic technique that will leave you feeling more relaxed, happier, and more tuned in to yourself.

This is a 3 class series. It is recommended that you attend all three to get the most benefit!
No previous yoga experience is needed.
It is suggested that you have a mat, 2 yoga blocks, a firm blanket or large towel, and some kind of belt or strap.

About Creator
Cheryl Chaffee (ERYT-500, YACEP) became dedicated to yoga in 2003 when she moved to the Sarasota, FL area. She began teaching in 2005, became a Certified Anusara Yoga Teacher in 2010, and bought Garden of the Heart Yoga Center from Betsey Downing in 2011. Cheryl currently loves studying Ashaya Yoga with Todd Norian. She often assists Todd at workshops and at his 200-hour Teacher Trainings. Cheryl loves the depth and intensity of Ashaya Yoga. She feels that the purpose of yoga is not to do the most difficult asanas, but is to go deeper into the understanding of the Self through the body and connect to the Heart. Ashaya Yoga invites students to look at the places where yoga (and life) is challenging and encourages everyone to connect to their own authenticity. Cheryl teaches authentically from her heart in order to help her students bring about their own transformation.
