This class gives you a complete experience of moving gently into postures, while practicing full yogic breath work (pranayama) to further relax the mind, body and spirit. The instructor emphasizes alignment to prevent injuries as well as to help individuals recover from injuries or misalignment you may be experiencing in your postures. The class incorporates many yogic principles (observation of body sensations, stilling the mind within the posture, focused concentration and meditation). The class is suitable for all levels.
