In this 5-week series, you will explore traditional yoga postures focusing on correct alignment to prevent injury and obtain the most benefit from the postures.

This course will also include discussion, practice and specific techniques of four of the eight limbs of yoga. 1. Asana (physical practice/poses), 2. Pranayama (breath techniques), 3. Dharana (concentration/focus) and 4. Dhyana (meditation).

Hi There! My name is Cindy and I'm the author of the book, "Boost Your Immune System". I'm also a yoga, qigong and flexibility instructor. My signature program is helping women prevent and reverse Osteoporosis naturally. Back in 2010 I was diagnosed with Osteopenia. I was frustrated and confused.
