In this workshop you will discover the 8 Steps you can take to a more relaxed, balanced fulfilling life. A life where you are in control rather than your illness controlling you!

I'll also be detailing the first four of the steps, inspiring you with a structure for how you can move forward. There's also be plenty of time for questions and support.
