In her sessions with private clients, Ginny helps relieve pain and teaches people how to keep their own pain from returning. In her engaging workplace workshops, Ginny teaches simple and proven techniques to release pain and restore energy, tailored to the specific needs of your profession and staff. She also teaches yoga classes at Serenity Yoga Studio in the South Hadley Village Commons. In her 25 years of experience designing curricula and leading capacity building workshops, Ginny has trained a wide variety of audiences, including community volunteers, homeless parents, housing developers, real estate brokers, planning and zoning officials, environmental advocates and health insurance employees. A seasoned public speaker, she is known for her interactive, enjoyable, and informative presentations. Ginny moved to South Amherst in 2012 with her spouse and young son. In addition to teaching, she has been a contributing columnist in the Daily Hampshire Gazette and on the Award Winning Hilltown Families blog.
