Having experienced the effects of hypnotherapy for myself I took on the challenge to train as a hypnotherapist in 2014. I obtained the Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD) the following year. I am a member of a number of professional associations including Association of Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH), the National Council of Hypnotherapy (NCH), and Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). I'm particularly interested in the changes that people can make and by that I mean, small changes that can make big differences to the way they live their lives. We all suffer from physical pain at some point in our lives, and being able to help people can bring big rewards. My training means I can now bring this highly effective way of working to Bude and North Cornwall.
