I'm Ally Morrison, an expert Registered Massage Therapist of 24 years, and Yoga Teacher E-RYT-500, Continuing Education Provider YACEP and Yoga Instructor since 2000. I believe... There's exponential value to creating Order and Health in the Body. Added together, they set the stage for ever-deepening layers of Healing. My mission is to offer authentic healing experiences through Anatomy-informed Yoga and Wellness Sessions, various forms of Manual Therapy, along with Yoga and Fascia Release. We can create a container for the type of in-depth healing we want in our life... and it's called your Daily Practice. There is no magic pill, but there is a magic process!
