Thai Massage is an energetic practice based on Sen lines, which are similar to the Nadas of Prana in the Yogic lineages. Physiologically, the goal of this method is to increase the easeful flow of energy, blood, and lymph in the body. Generally, the strokes move from the limbs toward the heart and then back out for this purpose. COVIDlife has made physical touch a challenge to come by.
