There’s nothing so delicious as fresh pasta and creating it yourself. In this interactive cooking class Gourmand Award winning chef Maria Benardis will guide you to make the perfect hand-made pasta dough and to then transform it into beautiful noodles, Fettuccine and/or Pappardelle. No pasta maker is needed for this class! The freshly made pasta will be accompanied with two classic sauces made from scratch; The classic burnt butter and sage (an olive oil alternative will also be shown) and the classic basil pesto sauce.
