Over the past year, we’ve learned how important it is to support the health of our lungs and respiratory system. While we wish we could just go back to normal, we must realize that viruses will always be around…they are never going to go away completely! But all hope shouldn’t be lost! By using food as medicine, we can support and strengthen our lungs and respiratory systems to ensure they are healthy, moist and hydrated. Join me in the kitchen for a LIVE cooking class where I will demonstrate the preparation of a variety of specific foods and herbs to nourish and strengthen your lungs to help you get through these challenging times.

In this session, we will discover how past choices determine our current circumstances and how our actions today can shift our future. Each person is in complete control of what their life looks like (even though there are so many things outside our control). Your choices, how you respond, react, and take action are yours, and yours alone. We will use breathwork, meditation practice, and journaling to gain perspective and create an action plan on "Who I Was, Who I Am, and Who I Want to Be".

Mars, a beautiful red planet, and God of War have long been a mystery for humanity. Harbinger of ancient life? Or bringer of adversity? Mars in astrology is the full force of our passion, drive, and courage. It is the place where we derive our initiative and power. In this class, we will look at human initiative; our ability to take action, and how astrology can help us understand and utilize this energy. All twelve signs will be discussed as they relate to our desire to take action and make an impact on our lives.

Relax and retrain your nervous system. Somatics is a neuromuscular movement training, re-education that goes directly to the root cause of muscular discomfort and chronic pain. Through slow gentle sequenced movements, and sensory motor training we will awaken and target the sensory motor amnesia. The condition sensory motor amnesia is chronically tight muscles that have learned to stay contracted due to repetitive and reflexive response to stress such as ongoing emotional stress, repetitive movements, injuries, trauma and accidents. You will need: Chair, yoga mat (for floor) or your bed (if it's difficult to get on the floor)
