Leigh brings over 20 years of experience in Kundalini Yoga and will guide your through kriyas and meditations that are great for handling the pressures of the time. This class will be physically challenging and stimulate the brain. The meditation is one of the five meditations taught specifically for the gray period of the planet.
This class will teach you a kriya that you could actually practice from your bed in the mornings to help you get up and get going to face the day. Here we will properly tune in and warm up for the physical exercises and then move into one of the five meditations taught by Yogi Bhajan specifically to prepare for "the gray period of the planet and to bring mental balance." This meditation is a legacy from those sages that experimented in those times in the past and found a way to counter the inner cold depression and existential disconnectedness.
