Team Coaching provides guidance for 5 (minimum) to 8 (maximum) people who share the same goal(s). Gain insight and alignment among team members as definitive plans are formulated to attain the team goal(s). Enjoy the member accountability provided by Jordan to ensure the team actively moves forward on stated goals. Pricing is $40 per person per 2-hour session. Minimum duration for Team Coaching engagement is 3 months, meeting every two weeks (total of 6 2-hour sessions). If needed, Jordan will estimate the optimal duration once the common goals and number of Team members are determined.
