Join, Spiritual teacher, Wellness therapist, natural shaman, and Reiki Master Cassaundra Paolini, as she takes you into the original teachings of The Usui Reiki System of Natural Healing. Learn, a deeper more profound connection and healing power through each degree, in these Certified Training Courses.

The focus of Second Degree Reiki is on mental and emotional healing, 'distant' healing, and conducting treatments on self and others.
In the second part of this series you will Learn about the Reiki symbols and distance sessions (this includes time lines and past lives, and physical distance), the chakras mental and emotional connection, discuss how to clear unwanted habits, empower personal goals, give a treatment to yourself as well as others, as well as the benefits of Pendulum use in your session.

Clinical Studies have documented the effect of Reiki on measures of stress hormones, blood pressure, heart rate, and immune responsivity, and on subjective reports of anxiety, pain and depression; data from these studies support the ability of Reiki to reduce anxiety, stress and pain, and suggest its usefulness to induce relaxation, improve fatigue and depressive symptoms, and strengthen overall wellbeing, including wound healing. Additionally, Reiki is being utilized as a self-care strategy among healthcare professionals, with the potential for decreasing burnout and increasing job satisfaction.
