In our human experiences, the spirit, soul if you will, can become fragmented with particular events, these can range from any traumatic event from the child perspective, issues can vary greatly from something that would seem minor to you as an adult now, to such issues as abandonment, rejection, to the *very severe.
It takes real courage to take responsibility to choose to take control of your life, whether to retrieve or save the child self.
