When we had a relationship with Mother Earth - our mind, body and spirit connection to her & nature all that is around, she sustained and energized us (for tens of thousands of years). So what happened?
The Earth has always given all of her children the tools to thrive and maintain a more peaceful, balanced, healthy natural life, but most have forgotten this relationship (and all that is encompassed by her).
She has the power to nourish and enrich us, and we need to be lovingly reminded of that sacred relationship, and so, we must bring ourselves back to our sacred origins, listen to the music of the Earth, and allow ourselves to be cradled in the arms of the mother to heal.
