Learn how to get comfortable in your own mind. You'll run around, create a viewing screen and control center in your mind.
We'll use imagery to locate areas of pain, blocked energy, discomfort, etc. Once an area is located, we'll work on releasing or healing it.
If you've been working on honing your psychic skills, this exercise can really help.
