In tribute to World Alzheimer's Month, this session of The SHARP Solution will raise money to support The Alzheimer's Association. 100% of the proceeds of this class will be donated directly to the association. Thank you for your contribution! In The SHARP Solution, Heidi Hanna, PhD introduces participants to a brain-based approach to realistic, sustainable change that supports a healthier brain, and as a result a healthier, happier body. Her ability to break down complicated concepts into easy to understand stories and applications helps participants fully grasp the important issues with regards to making sustainable positive change. Participants will walk through a step-by-step process to design their own personal action plan that can be utilized to decrease stress, balance hormones, increase energy, and improve over all health, happiness, and performance.
This class provides an opportunity for individuals looking to spend time meditating with a community of others, from the convenience of home or office. Class will begin with a two minute check in and then 13 minutes of meditation, followed by an optional Q&A chat with Dr. Hanna. Beginners are strongly encouraged to join, and an optional discussion will be facilitated for those new to meditation practice who would like additional information or coaching. Classes will not be held over the summer, but we anticipate starting up again this fall so stay tuned!
