This free 30 day pilot session will walk participants step-by-step through the Relax Your Fat Off program, based on Dr. Heidi Hanna's upcoming book. Learners need to be able to commit to attending one live class each week for a month, or viewing the replays, and submitting a tracking log to an accountability coach. Participants will receive a free copy of Dr. Hanna's ebook, Relax Your Fat Off, along with free e-coaching and training tools.You can learn more about the program by attending the Relax Your Fat Off presentation on the first Monday of each month (starting in March, 2012).
