If you would like more training on the advanced concepts and techniques for web writing, this is the advanced training session just for you! Not all reading and writing is the same. How people experience the web dictates the writing style that is most effective to use. In this training you’ll learn the research behind creating text for the web, learn the best practices for doing so, and put your new found skills to the test.

About the Speaker: Cindy Ford
Born to an English Professor, Cindy Ford had little choice but to grow up reading and writing prolifically. Since obtaining a MA in English Literature from John Carroll University, she has spent 18 years writing strategic plans, copy and content for public and nonprofit organizations, and teaching writing basics at the high school and college levels. Besides her full time position at POLI, she is currently a faculty member at Georgia Perimeter College and Cuyahoga Community College; she teaches English Composition for both colleges.
